Our Mission
Our goal isn’t just to help our Fellows develop the skills required to succeed in future internships and workplaces. This immersive program is designed to engage the full person, alleviate financial hardship, and reduce barriers to opportunity in the workplace.

For over 25 years, IAC has remained committed to collaborating with dozens of non-profit organizations to improve and enhance lives, whether it’s supporting the arts, investing in education, or responding to crises.
